Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or any related field
Has proven more than 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Quality Officer
Preferably has Abu Dhabi (DOH, JCIA, TASNEEF, JAWDA, OSHMS), UAE experience as Healthcare Quality
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement methodologies, including data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and inspire others to achieve quality improvement goals
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful quality improvement initiatives
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
