• Drainage Design and Roadway Design skills
• Transportation Planning skills
• Experience in conducting highway design tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience with relevant software and tools
