Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Learning & Development Associate located in Dubai. The Learning & Development Associate will be responsible for conducting training and development programs, managing learning management systems, designing instructional materials, communicating with stakeholders, and providing coaching.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years experience in Training and Development
• Skills in Training & Development, Learning Management, and Instructional Design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Knowledge of learning management systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hindi
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus
• Can start immediately
