Tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Hotel Sourcing and Contracting:
- Identify, research, and source new hotel partners to expand our portfolio.
- Negotiate favorable rates, contracts, and commission structures with hotels.
- Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with company policies.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with hotel partners to develop joint marketing and promotional strategies.
- Contract Management:
- Monitor contract compliance and performance metrics.
- Renew contracts as needed and negotiate any necessary amendments.
- Ensure timely payment of commissions and invoices.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Operational Support:
- Provide support to the operations team regarding hotel-related queries and issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of hotel-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in hotel contracting or within the travel arrangement industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive rates and favorable terms.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hotel partners and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.
