Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Holiday Home Business Development Manager! We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to expand and manage our holiday home portfolio in Dubai. Your role will focus on acquiring new properties, building strong relationships with property owners and investors, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the real estate sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Acquisition: Identify and acquire new properties to expand the holiday home portfolio, negotiating agreements with property owners and investors.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with property owners, investors, and partners to drive ongoing sales and business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, using this data to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of property owners and potential clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with property owners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Leading contract negotiations, achieving favorable terms while ensuring strong client relationships and a positive onboarding experience.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all sales activities align with Dubai's regulatory requirements and industry standards for holiday home rentals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing,, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the holiday home, hospitality, or real estate industry, ideally in Dubai or the UAE market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach to driving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
  • Networking Ability: Ability to build and maintain a wide network of property owners, investors, and industry partners.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, using data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or property management software.
