Job Description:
As a Holiday Homes Manager, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of our holiday rental properties. This includes handling bookings, guest relations, maintenance coordination, and ensuring top-notch guest experiences. The role requires a mix of operational management, customer service, and property marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of holiday homes, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped for guest stays.
- Handle guest communications and provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor and manage listings on various holiday rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
- Track guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Dubais holiday home regulations and property management laws.
- Prepare performance and occupancy reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, hotel management, or holiday home management.
- Strong understanding of vacation rental platforms and property management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
