Requirements
- DHA or DOH License/Eligibility Letter (DHA exam passers are welcome to apply).
- Experience in home healthcare or a similar setting.
- Strong clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care.
- Educate patients and families on health management.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the healthcare team.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment for patients.
