We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HORECA Account Manager to join our team. As a HORECA Account Manager at Tagaddod, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector
- Understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the hotel sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
- Act as the primary point of contact and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and sales forecasts
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the HORECA sector
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
