Job Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets for the HORECA sector.
  • Prospect and identify new HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (chefs, purchasing managers, owners) within HORECA businesses.
  • Understand the specific needs and requirements of HORECA clients and recommend the most suitable tableware solutions from our product portfolio.
  • Present product features and benefits effectively, highlighting how our tableware can enhance their business operations and guest experience.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, securing new accounts and maximizing sales revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities to generate new leads and brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports, contributing to sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA sector and current market trends in tableware.
  • In-depth knowledge of various types of tableware and their application within the hospitality industry
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field
