A dynamic and fast-growing FMCG trading company is seeking a motivated and experienced HORECA Sales Representative to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Present and promote company products to current and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the HORECA sector or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and HORECA market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as needed.
