Job Description
Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts for the company.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts.
Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
Develops and executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or a related field
From 4-7 years experience in sales management, minimum 3 years in the same position.
Minimum 3 years experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers.
Previous experience in the QSR industry is highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
