**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Staffing Manager to oversee and manage our extensive back-of-house staff operations, including housekeeping, stewarding, food & beverage, and other support roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a large team of over 1,500 employees, possess strong client account management skills within the UAE hospitality industry, and have a background in staffing operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting the most suitable candidates to meet our clients needs.

**Qualifications:** -
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hospitality staffing management, specifically managing large teams of back-of-house staff.
Proven experience in client account management within the UAE hospitality industry.
In-depth understanding of hospitality operations and industry standards.
Strong background in the staffing industry, with expertise in recruitment and selection processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant staffing management.
