Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Training Officer to join our team. This role is exclusively for female candidates who possess a strong background in hospitality management and training. The ideal candidate will have experience in both on-the-job training and classroom training, a structured approach to training processes, and a thorough knowledge of SOPs related to 5-star hotel operations.

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all hotel staff, ensuring adherence to 5-star service standards
  • Conduct on-the-job training sessions and classroom training to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across all departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Provide continuous support and mentoring to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Prepare training materials, manuals, and other educational tools to support learning initiatives.
  • Ensure all training activities are aligned with the hotels goals and objectives, enhancing overall guest satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in delivering hospitality training in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Proven experience in both on-the-job training and classroom training settings.
  • Strong understanding of structured training processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of SOPs related to 5-star hotel operations and training.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
