We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Training Officer to join our team. This role is exclusively for female candidates who possess a strong background in hospitality management and training. The ideal candidate will have experience in both on-the-job training and classroom training, a structured approach to training processes, and a thorough knowledge of SOPs related to 5-star hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all hotel staff, ensuring adherence to 5-star service standards
- Conduct on-the-job training sessions and classroom training to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across all departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Provide continuous support and mentoring to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and other educational tools to support learning initiatives.
- Ensure all training activities are aligned with the hotels goals and objectives, enhancing overall guest satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in delivering hospitality training in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Proven experience in both on-the-job training and classroom training settings.
- Strong understanding of structured training processes and methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of SOPs related to 5-star hotel operations and training.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
