Inform guests of current promotions and introduce their server to ensure a smooth transition to the service staff.
Answer incoming reservation requests and provide excellent service in response to inquiries.
Manage the customers in queue and ensure to address them timely.
Contribute to team success by assisting with related tasks as needed.
Skills
Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
Excellent English communication skills [additional languages is a plus].
Ability to describe and explain the menu to guests.
To be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
Demonstrated leadership and multitasking abilities.
