What You'll Do:

As our Hostess, you'll be the first face our members and guests encounter when they enter our exclusive top-floor club. Your role will be essential in creating an exceptional experience by managing reservations, directing guests to their contacts, and ensuring seamless coordination with our Member Experience and Food & Beverage teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and personalize interactions by using their names.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently and professionally.
• Schedule reservations via phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure all tables are ready in advance to ensure a seamless arrival for our guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and express gratitude for their visit, leaving them with a memorable experience that encourages their return.
• Collaborate with various teams to uphold club standards and enhance the guest experience.
• Stay organized and responsive to last-minute requests and changes.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is always welcoming and well presented.
• Be ready to assist wherever needed to support the team.

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a fine dining or luxury environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with members, guests, and team members.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet and move around throughout your shift.
• A willingness to embrace new tasks and challenges in a dynamic atmosphere.
