Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Java U. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking reservations, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Hostess will also be responsible for maintaining phone etiquette and assisting with various tasks at the coffee shop.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in taking reservations and managing customer inquiries
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
