Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess Server at Antonia Group located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. As a Hostess Server, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, managing waitlists, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Familiarity with C++ programming language is a plus
• Experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
