Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Implement the day-to-day operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures and continuity of work
Suggest improvements to data gathering and analysis techniques to ensure that the function continues to develop its skills
Design customized relatively more complex solutions for customers and make sure of its feasibility, appropriateness and meets with customer pricing expectations
Develop final design of customized solution along with implementation diagrams and as-built drawings
Assess the technical quality of vendors, making recommendations on the appropriateness to WE Data
Liaise with the finance and procurement functions to cost proposed activities and ensure that they are implemented as per the assigned budget
Carry out laid procedures and tests on circuits/systems/equipment, accurately following the specification supplied to ensure well-functioning/efficiency
Keep self-up to date with changes in technology affecting systems, equipment and procedures relevant to the role in order to maintain knowledge levels required to do the job
Oversee the technical work of Senior Engineers where adequate, providing coaching, guidance, and on the job training as necessary
Research, select and evaluate new deals/accounts/key accounts/dealers/re-sellers to increase sales and achieve targets
Participate in meetings and individual conferences with the client's management and professional staff, in order to resolve complex problems, address policy issues, update knowledge and exchange information related to departmental decisions and activities
Coach new comers on WE Data relevant policies and procedures ensuing knowledge sharing and operations efficiency
Ensure customers/VIP customers are aware of full range of WE Data services/products/offers/renewals which may be relevant to their needs in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers to ensure business continuity and growth
Update and develop sales leads and sales forecasts information on the sales application to ensure accuracy of information at all times
