Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel reception desk.
- Efficiently check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring accuracy in reservation details and payment processing.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes using hotel management software.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including handling paperwork, mail, and phone calls.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues satisfactorily.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Must have Arabic and English proficiency; Additional languages are a plus.
- Must have Hotel software knowledge.
Prior experience as a receptionist; 1-2 years of experience working in a hotel is preferred.- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
