Responsible for preparing the income budget and propose it to GM and Regional Sales Director to get approval
Building a sales and marketing plan to meet the budget and creating the synergy with other department in accordance with the plan
Reporting the sales activities and their results with customer feedback to the related executives
Analyzing and following market and competitor's situation closely and establish the sales strategy accordingly
Propose the existing and new service price policy by considering cost and market dynamic to GM and Regional Sales Director
Develop strong relationships with targeted companies such as the airlines, travel trade partners, hotels
Managing key accounts relationship and provide their satisfaction by communicate with other related departments
Being a bridge between HQ legal and customers for finalizing the agreement process
Working closely with other sales team to create synergy and get benchmark
Following the contracted accounts payments regularly with finance team and if necessary to solve the problem
To follow P&L realizations and revenue generation trends (account by account daily and monthly), to determine new strategies if necessary
Establish a call plan to meet customers and prospects and ensuring high level of customer services. Identify cross-sell opportunities with other countries
Render sales support to global/outstations sales teams in all aspects
Render system development support to e-commerce/IT team
