About the Job

• To provide the highest quality of service, cleanliness, and comfort to our valued guests and members in keeping with Mamsha's goal of offering a quality service of excellence.
• Ensure all lost and found items are handed over to the security office following such standard operating procedures.
• Must adhere to safety and emergency procedures and respond accordingly.
• Welcome the guests with a smile and personalized greetings. In doing so, it is important that you know the names of the guests, especially the valued members.
• To always ensure impeccable service ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are met.
• Communicate clearly with all the team in service.
• To respond proactively to guest queries
• To establish and maintain effective employee relations.
• Ensure that the beach and public area are always organized and tidy
• Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests are promptly attended to
