Responsibilities:
- Manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all residential and common areas within the compound.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop schedules and assign tasks to ensure all areas are cleaned in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective management.
- Address any client or resident concerns related to housekeeping promptly and effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in housekeeping management, ideally within large residential compounds or hospitality settings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
