OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:
To ensure the maximum comfort to the guest's stay, by maintaining and supervise an efficient cleaning and servicing operation to bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and service areas. To make sure that the Public Areas are maintained to the Hotel standard.
To carry out and supervise the training of all associates to encourage their growth
. Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee room attendants, ensuring rooms are cleaned and serviced to brand standards, and take corrective actions if necessary. Regularly inspect rooms and report discrepancies to the office coordinator.
. Guest Service & Satisfaction: Ensure guest requests and special requirements are fulfilled, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests at all times.
. Training & Team Management: Coordinate staff training, maintain training records, and conduct team meetings and 1:1 appraisals to ensure ongoing staff development and performance.
. Health, Safety & Security: Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, report maintenance faults, and ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property at all times.
. Policies & Procedures Compliance: Follow hotel and company policies, ensuring staff are aware of and comply with procedures, and maintain confidentiality and proper handling of proprietary materials.
