Job Description
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain the cleanliness of the common area
Preparing rooms for new arriving employees
Assisting new joiners with their assigned room
Attending the queries of the staff in terms of accommodation maintenance
To attend training courses given by Housing and Human Resources
To comply with any reasonable request by the Supervisor and Hotel Management
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year experience in a hotel housekeeping environment
High school diploma preferred, or equivalent
Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guest
Must be able to perform assigned duties cooperativeness and work well with limited supervision
