Job Summary:
The HR & Administrative Assistant supports both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient HR processes. With one year of experience in the UAE, this role involves handling a variety of tasks related to HR administration, office management, and clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Help with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies, handle mail, and maintain office cleanliness.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Input and maintain accurate records and databases.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE legal regulations.
Assist with maintaining confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or HR roles in the UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
