Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting staff recruitment processes, including handling of the application and shortlisting process, liaising with candidates and scheduling of interviews.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Welcome visitors, responding to queries in a helpful manner.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Guide employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls. Assist in organizing HR events and meetings.
- Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters.
- Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration
- Solid Experience in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
