Tricon Energy Arabia is looking for a dedicated and passionate HR candidate to join it's Riyadh team. Our greatest asset has been, and will always be, our people! We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the full-time position (100%) of HR/Admin Supervisor in our Riyadh office to support the Regional HR Manager in overseeing HR and Administrative function for this office as well as, provide regional HR support.
As the HR/Admin Supervisor, you will be the main point of contact in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for local employment inquiries responsible for effectively the company's government relations, managing its recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and governmental labor requirements. Additionally, you will develop and maintain employee benefits, insurance, and applicable social security plans in accordance with KSA labor laws and regulations. Coupled with this is the support of the Riyadh office in its Administrative and clerical needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Government Relations: To oversee proper management and compliance requirements of KSA labor law and associated government platforms such as but not limited to GOSI, QIWA, HRDF, Muqeem, and ABSHIR as well as, Ministry of Commerce: Chamber of Commerce platforms.
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Contribute to the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Collect interview feedback, maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Source talent for the Tricon Academia program in support of the company's hiring strategy.
- Assist new hires integrate into the company culture by providing orientation, training materials and assistance with initial onboarding procedures.
- Conduct onboarding & Offboarding activities for employees.
- Manage immigration process for employees requiring visas and IQAMA processing.
- Performance Management Support: Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment.
- Develop and coordinate training initiatives and team building activities especially for Saudi national for the Riyadh office.
- Manage communications between employees and resolve any problems related to interpersonal relations, acting as a trusted intermediary and facilitator.
- Keep company documents and policies updated, including handbooks, internal regulations, and employment contracts, ensuring employees understand company policies.
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure effective HR operations.
- Assist with HR reporting and audit requests.
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment for employees.
- Collaborate with global HR team to roll-out and implement HR strategies to enable business objectives and support future business growth.
- Support Riyadh office team with administrative and clerical tasks
- Payroll: Administer payroll for the Riyadh office, ensuring timely payments and accurate wage calculations.
- Engage with the Regional HR Manager regarding payroll processing, benefits administration, pre-employment screenings, etc.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in field of HR with demonstrated experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications a plus
- Strong Knowledge of local HR policies and labor laws
- Demonstrated sense of urgency working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
- Arabic & English Full competency Reading and writing.
