Job Description

HR Manager Responsible of leading and directing all functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Talent Management & Manpower planning:

Attract and Recruit for vacancies and anticipated vacancies in bands AM & below ensuring compliance with profile specifications and ensure having a pipeline for required vacancies

Carry out monthly reviews of headcount and proactively plan for recruitments in respect of employees, in bands AM & below including advance hiring for anticipated contract terminations and attrition

Forecast future workforce needs to ensure the company has the right number of people with the right skills at the right time.

Responsible for developing the headcount plan in respect of managers and workers in consonance with the organization structure templates, job classification and bands and in line with the business plans and budgets.

Manage the Succession Planning process as part of talent management through identifying Key areas and positions, Capabilities, Evaluate effectiveness to ensure preparing successors

Set Employee retention plan and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the application of the plan

  • Compensation & Benefits Management :

Design and administer competitive compensation packages, including salary, bonuses, and incentives, aligned with market.

Manage employee benefits plans, in compliance with regulations and employee satisfaction

Coordinate with Corporate HR for salary approval and appointment letters.

Conduct periodical compensations and benefits researches and surveys to identify market trends

  • People Management:

Identify and communicate key performance targets for sales, manufacturing, delivery, cost, expenses, and other measurements of operational performance.

Drive development of high potential talent and create a successors pipeline for sector.

Monitor and measure performance of team according to PMP in accordance with set objectives.

Identify areas of development and draws up action developmental plans to enhance performance

  • Project Management

Keep tracking and evaluating the viability and desirability of continuing projects.

Monitor the efficiency and congruency of on-going projects to outlined organizational goals and objectives.

Implement and develop the necessary control parameters to ensure completion success

  • Admin Management

Manage the Admin. activities in the office including but not limited to facility management, Fleet management, Vendors registration, etc.

Work Experience :

  • Identify from 15+ Years of Experience , 5 Years in the same role or in HRBP Manufacturing Provide short descriptions to highlight specific responsibility / involvement in Talent Management
  • SAP User
