Job Descriptions:- Assisting the management processes in line with the IMS policies, procedures, and objectives.
Overseeing employees attendance, concern, and needs via responding to phone calls or WhatsApp.- Coordinating with the Supervisor in charge at the site for HR-related issues and concerns.
On-time correspondence to email, calls, and messages for employees, and government entities.
- Prepares and is responsible for job postings, required by the requesting department. and create full job descriptions.
Prepare the interview questionnaires and make the selections according to the interview selection date.- Conduct initial screening interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
Responsible for arranging the employee boarding requirements. The documents and the staff accommodation preparations.
- Answering employee requests and questions diplomatically, patiently, and with confidentiality.
Assisting the new employee hiring processes, and requirements, and scheduling the orientation. Reconciling benefits statements, and end of service.- Conducting monthly updating of payroll records, employee benefits, employee database, and training records.
Assisting with the performance review and appraisals.
- Updating and maintaining the employee files, and records. Maintain the employee renewal/ new visa processing and prepare the documentation on time.
Comply with the IMS work instructions and achieve the intended output.- Keeping all the administrative and human resources data, information, and records updated and confidential.
Provide support to operations for employee performances and promote initiative recommendations for improvement.
- Maintains all the legislative and regulatory documents filed, organized, and updated.
Keep all the documents and ensure that all are retrievable.- Responsible for collecting and updating all the news advisory for the new rules in visa government and employment rules in UAE.
Reporting to the Operations Manager.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
Familiarity with NAFIS and GPSSA portals.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and HR-related applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP Smart Services and UAE labor laws.
