The role involves supporting HR department related to all employees data and administrative work.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.- Help with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
