Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Attendance Officer at BUC in Cairo. The HR Attendance Officer will be responsible for managing Attendance policies, employee relations, finger print , deductions ,and Attendance for the employees.

Employee Relations expertise

personnel experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
