HR Business Partner Executive Tamheer- Saudi National

HR Business Partner Executive will be responsible for assisting in the HR Business Partners of FACES. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and FACES Management, to support in the administration and execution of people initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, including people development, relations, and engagement, looking to gain practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct admin-related tasks such as coordination and execution
• Follow up with process owners regarding the completion of projects/tasks.
• Act as an additional point of contact/ support to FACES HR Business Partners
• Support in initiatives execution
• Support with additional ad-hoc HR projects under HR Business Partners

Job Competencies:

• Strong interest in People development and engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong background in management information system.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
