We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner or HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support and advice to our clients, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing HR expertise and guidance.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Advise on employee relations, performance management, and development.- Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR practices.
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 2 year of HR and Accountant experience in the UAE.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and UAE labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Driving license is advantageous but not essential.
