Salary 12,000-15,000 SAR/month
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of 4-5 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience in recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand organizational goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a changing and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, collaborating with key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide HR support to managers and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill their hiring needs for the assigned positions.
- Run monthly payroll, managing all employee-related financial transactions before approval by the Finance team.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives, including performance management, rewards & recognition, employee wellbeing, and talent management.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures to support organizational growth and enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR team to analyze HR metrics and data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts or disputes in a fair and consistent manner.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage any other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Manage governmental platform such as Qiwa, Labour office, etc.
