We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist specializing in Performance Management and Learning & Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing employee performance, as well as designing and implementing learning and development initiatives for our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee productivity.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.- Design and facilitate training programs to support employee development and career growth.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create targeted learning plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance management and learning & development.- Support HR initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies related to performance management and learning & development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Specialist focused on performance management and learning & development.- Strong understanding of performance evaluation techniques and competency frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Certification in HR or Learning & Development
