Job Title: HR Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Part-time (3 days per week)
Responsibilities:
Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
Conduct research to identify HR issues and provide advice and recommendations.
Assist in recruitment, training, and personnel management.
Implement suitable HR technology.
Establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices.
Review and enhance our paperwork to ensure compliance with UAE laws and government regulations.
Provide expertise in WPS (Wage Protection System) and payroll compliance.
Advise on business structuring and compliance specific to the UAE context.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of human resource management and compliance.
Familiarity with UAE labour laws and government regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinking and ability to maximize HR value.
