Job Summary:

HR Coordinator is responsible for handling various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, employee lifecycle,

training and development and performance monitoring. He is accountable for administering HR programs, policies and process

for issues such as, employee relations, employee welfare and engagement, CSR, and budgeting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Manager and HBRP on full spectrum of HR Ops such as employee relations, employee database
  • management, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist in employee relations and act as the point of contact of employees for concerns with regards to attendance, HRMS
  • and company policies.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and
  • engagement.
  • Diligently monitoring, tracking and finessing all required key metrics within the employee lifecycle from recruitment till
  • off boarding.
  • Developing and implementing key performance management tools such as KPIs, Balance Score Cards, RAG Scores etc.
  • Assist the SHRM with HR projects (salary survey, success profiling, market research, JD, Forms update, audit files).
  • Assist in hiring activities from requisition meets up till on boarding of the candidates.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations or any other related field
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization.
  • Good computer skills.
