What You'll Do:

• Assist in the implementation and management of HR digital transformation projects.
• Support the integration of new HR technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline processes and improve data management.
• Provide training and support to employees on new digital tools and platforms.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR technology and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be a UAE National.
