Oversee daily operations and monthly performance reviews, utilizing a strength-based approach to drive continuous learning and goal achievement.
Collaborate in the development of inclusive and agile policies and procedures to support the company's strategic growth across multiple locations.
Continuously assess and maintain internal equity and external market competitiveness in salary structures to attract and retain top talent.
Prioritize recruitment for culture fit and design effective onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration into the organization.
Lead initiatives to create an engaging and supportive work environment, including surveys, team-building activities, benefits optimization, and conflict resolution strategies.
Support ongoing educational programs and initiatives aimed at employee skill development and career advancement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
15+ years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical or F&B.
Fluency in English is a Must.
Strong understanding of classical HR modules combined with an agile, dynamic, and humanistic approach.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and employee development.
Experience in policy development, recruitment, and performance management.
Experience as a SAP HR module for efficient HR management and reporting.
