Onboarding Specialist to join our TA team in our Head Office in Tecom Dubai. Some of the key responsibilities for this role:
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new colleagues, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary onboarding documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other required legal documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all onboarding activities, such as IT setup, access to systems, and office space arrangements, are completed timely and accurately.
- Guide new hires through the necessary paperwork and ensure that all required documents are submitted and recorded appropriately.
- Respond to employees inquiries related to onboarding processes and HR policies, offering guidance and support when needed..
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support in other HR related activities when required.
Experience And Skills
- Proven experience in effective onboarding, showcasing successful bulk onboarding of new colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally
- Proficiency in using tools to maintain trackers and and data for onboarding.
