Job Responsibilities:- Identify and attract potential candidates for roles in F&B, including front-of-house staff (e.g., servers, bartenders) and back-of-house positions (e.g., chefs, kitchen staff).
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment with the company.- Stay updated on industry trends and requirements to better understand the skills and qualifications needed for various positions.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Conduct interviews that are tailored to the unique aspects of the F&B industry, such as assessing customer service skills and teamwork.
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including training and integration into the company culture.- Attend F&B industry events and job fairs to build relationships and attract talent.
Assist in creating career development programs and succession planning to retain top talent.
- Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in the F&B industry, which could include roles such as restaurant management, catering, or food service.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, especially tailored to the F&B sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.- Ability to manage multiple roles and responsibilities efficiently, including tracking and managing candidate pipelines.
