HR Generalist

We are an online platform and we are seeking an HR generalist to join our rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Draft job descriptions, post advertisements, and administer aptitude tests
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes
• Develop training materials for various HR-related topics
• Conduct daily and weekly quality control tests and checks
• Manage attendance and payroll tasks

Requirements:

• Proficient in English
• Minimum 3 years of proven HR experience
• A certificate/diploma in HR
