NOK is hiring a HR Generalist for a creative marketing agency located in Zahraa Elmaadi
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address employee relations issues in a timely and confidential manner, fostering a positive work environment.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
- Track employees time off and attendance.
Requirements And Skills
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, including HR Generalist in a related industry.
- Previous experience in the GCC ( KSA, Dubai) is a must.
- Very good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is strongly preferred
