Job Summary:
Reporting to the HR Director, this role has key responsibility for supporting day-to-day HR activities, annual processes and different projects. Aspects of HR impacted by this role shall be Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits Management, HR Analytics and Employee Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end Talent acquisition process including candidate sourcing, screening, organising the evaluation process, coordinating for the offers and supporting the onboarding process based on countries.
- Tracking the progress of the recruitment process as required by the Internal stakeholders
- Supporting the Compensation and Benefits teams in reviewing policies and analyzing the spending as well as tracking the various fixed and variable compensation lines.
- Supporting HR-related projects across a wide variety of HR-related topics whilst managing operational delivery effectively.
- Assists in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong administration, communication and presentation skills and ability to research, analyze and problem-solve. The ability to develop strong relationships with business stakeholders.
