We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources and is interested in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
- Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and handling HR correspondence.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and assisting new employees with the onboarding process.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure that HR files are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Help in preparing presentations and reports for HR projects.
Qualifications
- Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong desire to build a career in human resources and a keen interest in learning HR practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with team members and external candidates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
