Job Summary:
Serves as the key HR representative for the consumer finance subsidiary, ensuring tailored HR support while aligning with the centralized HR framework. It is essential for implementing HR practices, managing employee relations, and supporting operational requirements specific to the Seven needs, with a direct line of communication to the central HR teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as the designated HR contact for the subsidiary by working closely with both subsidiary management and the central HR teams to ensure the subsidiary's unique needs are fully understood and considered within the larger company HR strategy.
- Overseeing core HR functions such as onboarding, employee performance tracking, and engagement activities, ensuring these align with the company's standardized HR processes to ensure a consistent employee experience and adherence to HR policies while addressing specific operational requirements within the subsidiary.
- Collaborating closely with centralized HR departments (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HRIS and OD) to streamline services for the subsidiary to deliver efficient, cohesive HR support across all departments and maintain alignment with company-wide HR standards and policies.
- Regularly monitoring and auditing HR practices within Seven to ensure alignment with local labor laws and corporate HR policies to maintain legal compliance and minimize potential risks associated with non-compliance, protecting both employees and the company
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting key HR metrics for the subsidiary, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and compliance levels to provide data-driven insights that support informed decision-making and highlight areas for improvement within the subsidiary.
- Organizing tailored employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and feedback sessions, that reflect the subsidiary's culture and values to foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and enhances employee morale and retention.
- Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Company guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in preferably in HR operations within the financial services industry.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and experience ensuring compliance.
