Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Talent Acquisition
: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is onboarded.Employee Relations
: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution.Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Compliance: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training & Development
: Design and oversee professional development and training programs.Compensation & Benefits
: Manage compensation strategies, including salary structure, benefits, and incentives.HR Policies: Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Succession Planning: Identify key positions and develop succession planning strategies.
HR Metrics & Reporting
: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications:Education
: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling large teams.
