Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is onboarded.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution.Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training & Development: Design and oversee professional development and training programs.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation strategies, including salary structure, benefits, and incentives.HR Policies: Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Succession Planning: Identify key positions and develop succession planning strategies.
HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Additional Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling large teams.
* Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,
  • 00 - AED20,000.00 per month
