Our Client
A well established FMCG business in the Middle East have an exciting newly created opportunity for a HR Manager to lead the HR function for the Saudi business based in Riyadh.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.
- Assist with compensation planning and salary reviews.
- Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience and proven leadership and management experience is essential
- FMCG/manufacturing industry experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
