Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, one of the multinational organizations in the KSA market.Job Title: HR Manager.Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Reporting to: CEO.Job Summary:The HR Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department and implementing policies and programs that support the company's goals and values. This role involves managing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop strategies that enhance employee engagement, promote a positive work environment, and support the organization's growth and development.Job Description: Lead the recruitment process to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Develop and implement strategies for talent sourcing, including building relationshipswith educational institutions and professional organizations. Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employees skills andcompetencies, supporting career development and organizational growth. Manage onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are effectively integratedinto the company. Oversee the performance review process, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals. Provide support and guidance to managers on performance management issues andimprovement plans. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, reducing legal risks andprotecting the organization s interests. Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processingpayroll, and managing HR information systems. Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.Job Requirements:Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in the HR Field, at least 2 years of experience as a manager.Master s degree in human resources, business administration. Professional certifications (CHRM, SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable. Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, employment law, and best practices.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.Saudi Nationals only.Work Conditions:Onsite.8 working hours, 2 days off.
