Our premium perfumery business, Mansam, based in Riyadh, KSA is looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Professional to establish the HR department, support with the people agenda and partner with the business leadership on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will construct the HR department and set in place policies, procedures. programs, and practices.

Our team is our greatest asset, and we are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join us in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with KSA laws & regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, sourcing, screening, &interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage employee separations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
- Manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes via quarterly performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Identify and recommend potential candidates for promotions and internal transfers
- Develop and deliver HR training program
- Prepare monthly reports on compliance with retail HR standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the retail head to effectively manage the sales team from an HR perspective
- Foster a positive workplace environment that encourages trust and care among employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations reducing legal risks and protecting the organization's interests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant academic qualification
- Professional certifications (CHRM, SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Previous experience working with a reputed international brand or large local group
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, employment law, and best practices.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal
